Peregian beach renovation

I’m more than happy to post a very positive review for Silk builders.
Undergoing a large renovation is, for the home owner, a bit of a daunting task. Having undertaken renovations in the past, we were fully aware of what could go right and wrong.
The six month renovation, with Silk Building, I have to say, went very well indeed.
Cheay’s imput during the initial consultation process helped immensely in refining our ideas into a more economical and practical pathway.
The build/project moved forward at a constant and measured pace. There were no lags or delays in waiting for products or trades. The building site was always kept in a clean, tidy, and safe environment.
Cheay and Daniella, in their business, have brought together a team of very professional trades and subcontractors.
Unforeseen issues regarding the building’s structure (due to its age) were addressed and rectified immediately. We were always aware that there would probably be structural issues in an older house.
So, to sum up, we highly recommend Silk Design. Cheay and Daniela did a top quality job in what can be a very difficult industry to get right.

Unit renovation in Noosa Heads

Silk Design Construction were great to deal with from day one and throughout the entire build. They offered suggestions along the way to ensure the renovation delivered the best result possible. They were excellent in communicating any issues as they were discovered and problem solved for us which was extremely helpful as we could not be on site. Wow. What a team Silk Design were. They were extremely reasonably priced. There were no hidden extras and the service spot on. All staff that I came in contact with were more than helpful. They were polite and so obliging. In this day and age, this was very refreshing to find. I can recommend them very highly.

Home Renovation in Cooroy – Kitchen

Highly recommended, we had a major rebuild of kitchen, walls, floors, drainage, landscaping and fencing. Great consulting and coordination during a difficult worker shortage time. Workers always polite and helpful and good quality. Chey and Daniela kept us informed and updated when changes needed. Very happy with the beautiful results.

Hi, I would definitely recommend the Silk Design team, the level of professionalism was very high, right from the beginning of the planning stage through to the completion of our deck. House Renovation – Award Winner project – Tewantin

Silk Design and Construct did an amazing job on our extension and two story build. The detail was incredible – people have described it as a work of art. It wasn’t a straight forward build but Shay and Daniela and the team had solutions for every hurdle! The design was incredible and the finishing touches are amazing. Everyone has said the workmanship is the best, we are so pleased and overwhelmed with the finished result. A wonderful team – nothing was too much trouble – they are the best! The workmanship and detail is of the highest standard..Silk design are very approachable and will discuss exactly what you want and need to suit any budget.. If you have a building or renovation project coming up and you are looking for the best service in town look no further, The silkdesign and construct team have got it all. Professionalism,honest, commitment, transparency, determination and cost effective. To be honest l didn’t have an idea of what l want , except that l knew my house needed a facelift of some sort. Cheay and Daniela came to my place and gave us these amazing ideas looking around our place drawing some diagrams , measuring here and there. When they left l just said to my husband these people know what they are talking about, l can’t wait to see the finished product of these diagrams. l am glad we signed a contract with The silk design and construct team the job they did is amazing, the outdoor area, the floor, the doors we love every detail of it.

The cabinet maker boy, that guy has an eye for detail, he nailed every bit of my kitchen design from my poor diagram. Quality products used without breaking the bank. I love it. These guys deliver, they don’t disappoint. I am glad l made that call when l did. Please do, you won’t be disappointed either.
